Using the website
The website lets you discover the creations and order without an account. Before payment, you can review and correct items, quantities, sizes, contact details and the delivery service in your basket.
The order form and Stripe’s hosted payment are presented in French. These terms are available in French, English and Dutch. You can save or print them before ordering.
Images, text and 3D models may be protected by their owners’ rights. Their display here does not authorise commercial reuse without the necessary permission. Use the contact details above to report a navigation or content issue.
Sales terms
These terms apply to consumer purchases from the sole trader identified above, trading as Wicked Corporation.
Our eyewear consists of fashion creations with frames decorated by hand in Brussels. Frames may be new or second-hand; the original lenses are retained. Each item’s condition and characteristics must be specified in its description.
“Customised”, “one of a kind” and “wearable art” describe the creative work. They are not a certification of sun protection. UV or protective performance is not claimed without supporting evidence for that product.
Photos and 3D views present the items. Lighting, screen settings and 3D rendering may affect their appearance. This does not reduce your right to receive an item matching its description.
Prices are in euros. Applicable taxes must be included in the price presented to consumers. Delivery charges depend on your address and selected service; the total is displayed before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Availability is as stated when you place your order. If a paid item cannot be supplied, we inform you and refund the corresponding amount without undue delay.
Your order confirmation and contractual information must be supplied on a durable medium no later than delivery. Keep them as a record of your purchase.
Once payment is confirmed, an email provides your order summary and the accepted terms as a retainable attachment. The same document can be downloaded from the payment return page. It is archived without modification and does not depend on future changes to the website.
Delivery
Preparation and packing before dispatch: one week (7 calendar days) after payment confirmation, before handing the parcel to the carrier.
The estimated total delivery time is this preparation week plus the transport estimate offered for your country, address and selected service. Carrier estimates run after dispatch; business days remain labelled as such where applicable. If no transport estimate is provided, no precise arrival date is promised. Available destinations, services and charges are presented before payment.
Unless a different period is expressly agreed, delivery must take place without undue delay and no later than thirty days after the contract is concluded. Statutory remedies apply to delays, including after an appropriate additional period where required.
We bear the risk of loss or damage until you, or a third party you have designated, take physical possession. The statutory exception concerns a carrier you commission independently that we did not offer.
For delivery outside the European Union, destination-country import charges or taxes may apply. Read the customs information shown before payment and the destination country’s rules.
Withdrawal and returns
For an online purchase covered by the right of withdrawal, you have fourteen days from the day after receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason. For goods from a single order delivered separately, the period starts after receipt of the last item.
Email team@wickedcorporation.com or write to the business address above, clearly stating your decision. The model below is optional. An order number helps us process your request but is not an additional condition for exercising your right.
Return the items to the return address above within fourteen days of notifying us. You pay the direct return costs when exercising withdrawal. For a return justified by a defect covered by the legal guarantee, we pay the transport costs necessary to restore conformity. Contact us to arrange that return; this does not remove your statutory rights.
We refund the purchase price and initial delivery costs corresponding to our least expensive standard delivery within fourteen days of your notification. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without fees.
You may examine the item as you would in a shop. You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging is recommended for protection; its absence does not automatically remove your right.
A unique piece already made and offered from stock normally retains this right. The exception for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you applies only if its legal conditions are met and disclosed before purchase.
You can notify withdrawal online at https://www.wickedcorporation.com/en/withdrawal/ without creating an account. Enter your name, email for acknowledgement and a reference or details identifying the order, then confirm withdrawal. You immediately receive a downloadable timestamped acknowledgement and an email confirmation. Other notification methods remain available; no reason is required.
Legal guarantee
The legal guarantee of conformity applies for two years from delivery. It covers the whole item sold, including its frame, lenses and the decoration added by Wicked Corporation. Handmade, unique or second-hand status does not remove this guarantee. These terms do not shorten it for second-hand goods.
If you find a defect, contact us within two months of discovering it with details identifying your purchase and explaining the problem. Statutory remedies include free repair or replacement where possible and proportionate; a price reduction or refund may apply in the circumstances set out by law. Restoring conformity under the guarantee is free, including necessary transport costs.
The legal guarantee does not cover damage caused exclusively by misuse, an accident after delivery, alteration by the customer or a third party, or normal wear without a conformity defect. We may refuse the guarantee on this basis only if we establish the cause. A defect appearing within two years is presumed to have existed at delivery unless proved otherwise or that presumption is incompatible with the nature of the item or defect.
A fractured frame or loose screw is not automatically excluded. A conformity defect is covered. If we establish that the damage is caused exclusively by an impact, excessive pressure or misuse after delivery, the legal guarantee may be refused for that damage.
For work outside the guarantee, any paid repair and transport costs are disclosed in advance and require your agreement. We do not charge you for restoring conformity for a defect covered by the legal guarantee.
These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights or our liability for intentional or gross fault, failure to perform a principal obligation except legally established force majeure, or an act or omission causing bodily injury.
Contact and complaints
For questions, returns or complaints, email team@wickedcorporation.com or use our details above. You can also obtain information from Belgium’s Consumer Mediation Service: https://mediationconsommateur.be/en.
Belgian law applies, subject to mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence where applicable. No choice of law or court in these terms removes those protections.
Your personal data
The data controller is the sole trader identified under “The seller”. To exercise your rights or ask a question, email team@wickedcorporation.com.
Delivery calculation and ordering use your name, email, telephone, address, selected items and billing details you provide. They support pre-contractual steps, payment, dispatch and order management. Required fields are necessary for this process; we cannot process the order without them.
Accounting and invoicing are based on legal obligations. Complaint handling and protecting our rights may be based on our legitimate interest in resolving disputes and keeping necessary evidence.
Acceptance of the terms is associated with your order, including the version presented and the time received by the server. This record supports contract performance and protection of our rights; it is not consent to advertising.
The optional newsletter uses your separate consent and is not a purchase condition. Withdraw consent at any time by emailing team@wickedcorporation.com; this does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Data can be accessed by authorised staff, the website host, Supabase for shop services, Stripe for payment and service providers needed for dispatch. Card details are entered with Stripe; the shop receives payment references and status.
Providers actually used, locations and safeguards for any transfers outside the European Economic Area: Hostinger hosts the website in France, with backups in Lithuania, and provides domain email; its servers receive technical connection information and messages sent to the shop. Supabase provides the main database in Frankfurt (Germany), catalogue files and server functions processing orders and withdrawals. Stripe processes payments and receipts; full card numbers are not stored by the shop. The selected carrier, including bpost, DPD or Mondial Relay where available, receives the details needed for dispatch. Quotes currently use public tariffs without sending your address to Sendcloud or Shippo; neither service is enabled. Try-on libraries and models are loaded from the shop domain. Camera footage stays on your device. Providers may involve entities or subprocessors outside the EEA, including the United States and, for Supabase, Singapore. Depending on the recipient and transfer, published safeguards are an applicable adequacy decision, including the EU–US framework for certified organisations, or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Safeguards and recipients are described at https://www.hostinger.com/legal/dpa, https://supabase.com/legal/customer-resources/data-processing-addendum and https://stripe.com/en-be/legal/dta. Ask team@wickedcorporation.com for details or a copy of applicable safeguards. We do not represent these services as exclusively European hosting..
Retention periods for enquiries, delivery quotes, orders, accounting documents, newsletter subscriptions and technical logs: The following deadlines are enforced by daily cleanup, within 24 hours after the deadline. Unusable shipping quotes: one day after expiry. Request-limiting hashes: one day. Unpaid, expired or failed orders: 30 days. Paid orders, confirmations and contractual evidence, and withdrawal files: 10 years from the end of the relevant year, with restricted access. Any longer retention is limited to documents necessary for an ongoing dispute or legal obligation until final resolution and expiry of applicable remedies. Newsletter: unconfirmed registrations expire after 30 days; confirmed registrations expire after 3 years without renewed consent; unsubscribed records are deleted within 30 days. Evidence of an initial choice may remain in the archived order without authorising further marketing. An address remembered in your browser: reusable for 90 days; removed on the next visit after that deadline, or when the option is switched off. You can also clear this storage in your browser. The shop does not record camera footage. Technical backups follow the provider’s rotation cycle; following restoration, deletion rules are reapplied before service resumes. Email enquiries unrelated to an order: while handled, then at most three years after the last useful exchange; deletion from the mailbox is checked manually each month. Correspondence needed as evidence of an order or dispute follows the retention period of that file. Supabase API and database logs: one day on the current plan; authentication logs: one hour. Hostinger email access logs: accessible for thirty days. Hostinger HTTP access records can be viewed for the previous seven days; this viewing window is not a guarantee of the provider’s internal security-log retention, which depends on prevention and investigation needs described in its privacy policy (https://www.hostinger.com/legal/privacy-policy)..
Subject to GDPR conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. A legal obligation may prevent immediate deletion of some records. We normally respond within one month, with the extension permitted by the GDPR where necessary.
You may complain to Belgium’s Data Protection Authority: https://www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be. Making a request does not require you to give up another remedy.
Browser storage and camera
Your browser may retain the cart and preferences required for shop operation. Administration functions also use storage on the administrator’s device.
Remembering your contact details is optional. If enabled, your address is stored in this browser and is no longer reused after ninety days. Disabling the option removes the saved contact details. You can also clear this storage through browser settings.
Camera try-on requests your permission. The video stream and tracking needed for try-on are processed on your device; the shop does not record them or send them to its server.
This notice is not consent to advertising or audience-measurement trackers. Any use of unnecessary trackers must be assessed separately and, where required, made subject to prior consent.
